More than just a stay, we invite you to enjoy a unique experience, a plunge into the glitz and chic of a bygone era.

The Hôtel du Collectionneur nestles on rue de Courcelles, opposite Parc Monceau and close to the Palais de l’Élysée and rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. For sightseeing or tours, be sure to pack for comfort. Light cotton slacks, khakis, shorts, jeans, T-shirts and sport blouses/shirts work well. Sneakers and sandals are suggested.

Business casual attire is suggested for all Scientific Sessions and Welcome reception (jackets and ties optional).
Gala Attire – Cocktail.

Cuisine

French food culture is known for its sophisticated cuisine, which is considered a backbone of Western cooking. Meals are often multi-course affairs that can last for hours. Meals typically include an appetizer, main dish, and dessert, but there can be more.

The cuisine is made to work together, with each plate complementing the other. Some well-known French dishes include coq au vin, escargots, steak tartare, and pot au feu. France is also known for its variety of cheeses, with around 452 different classifications. Wine is often paired with meals, and there are rules for which wines to drink with which meals.
