Program Description	Program Director: Brian K. McNeil, MD Program Description: Our overarching mission is to train and graduate well rounded physicians that are fully competent in all aspects of urology. This we hope will serve as a springboard for fellowship training or private practice. Ours is a 5 year residency program (0.5+4.5) designed to expose trainees to the full range of urologic training. Our residents rotate in different settings throughout the tri-state area. We have a primary site along with 7 participating sites. The program is accredited, and we presently accept three residents each year. Didactic sessions are provided through weekly grand rounds, tumor boards, journal club and core curriculum lectures and discussions. We offer faculty mentoring and exposure to emerging fields in urology such as robotic-assisted surgery, reconstructive and minimally invasive techniques and the newest developments in pediatric urology.
